Registration Process for Online Programs
through University Website

Online Counselling

Prospective students will receive guidance and counselling from our Online Counsellors regarding their chosen program.

Online Registration to Admission Portal.

Prospective students complete their online registration by paying a ₹1000 registration fee, filling out the Online Application Form and submitting all mandatory documents (scanned colored copies) for admission.

Verification of Documents by the University Admission Team

The University Admission Team will review and verify all the documents uploaded by the prospective student on the admission portal within 48 hours. Upon successful verification, the team will approve the student's eligibility for the chosen program.

Online Program Fees Payment

Only students who are deemed eligible after approval by the Admission Team will have the fees Payment link activated in their admission portal, allowing them to proceed with the program fee payment.

Access to My Account linked with Learning Management System (LMS)

After the Program Fees Payment, eligible students will receive access to the Learning Management System (LMS) within 24 hours, allowing them to begin their online studies.

General Instructions

Eligibility & Application:

  • Students must carefully read and understand the eligibility criteria before applying for online programs, as stated in this document and on the university website.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Prospective students must register on the university website and upload properly scanned color copies of the required documents through the university application portal.

Admission Guidelines

  • Providing incorrect or misleading information will result in the rejection of the admission application.
  • Students must carefully note their Admission Batch, Course Specialization, and Electives at the time of registration. No requests for changes will be accepted after registration.
  • Admission is subject to document verification, and any discrepancy may lead to cancellation without a refund.

Foreign & NRI Students

  • Foreign nationals (non-Indian citizens) are eligible for admission, provided they obtain AIU equivalence certification before applying.
  • Indian students who have completed their education from a foreign university must also obtain AIU equivalence before applying.

Document Verification & Enrollment

  • The admission process is at the discretion of the university, and students must submit any additional documents requested at any time during the course.
  • Only after final verification by the University Enrollment Team will an enrollment number be generated for confirmed students.
  • Students must ensure their qualifying degree is from a recognized board/university as per the Government of India's regulatory authority.

Name & Document Requirements

  • The name on the application form must match the 10th-grade mark sheet exactly.
  • For PG programs, the name on the 10th-grade mark sheet must match the degree certificate/mark sheets.
  • In case of a name change, a Name Change Gazette Document must be submitted.
  • If a parent's name (father/mother) has changed on any documents, a legal name change document (gazette proof) is required.

Admission & Program Validity

  • Students must check their eligibility based on their qualifying exam date and the current admission batch before applying.
  • Admissions are processed based on the submitted information, and any discrepancies may result in cancellation with no refund.
  • The program validity extension fee is ₹5000 per year after the completion of the standard program duration

Course & Specialization Changes

  • Students can request a specialization change or course change within the first 2 months of admission/registration.
  • No change requests will be entertained after batch closure.

University Rights & Policies

  • The university reserves the right to cancel admission or deactivate online services if any false information is provided or fees are not paid as per the chosen plan.
  • A certificate/degree will only be issued after the student submits all mandatory documents.
  • The university may request document re-submission at any time during the course for verification purposes.
  • Policies may be updated or amended by the university at any time in compliance with UGC norms and Government of India regulations.

Recognized Boards & Universities

  • Students must refer to COBSE ( www.cobse.org.in ) for a list of recognized 10th/12th boards.
  • The list of UGC-recognized universities in India can be found at www.ugc.ac.in.
  • Engineering programs completed through distance learning (even from recognized universities) are not eligible for admission to online programs.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations and refunds will be processed strictly as per the university norms mentioned in this document and on the university website.
By applying for the university's Online Programs, students agree to abide by all policies and regulations issued by the university from time to time.
